Motor(s) must be reserved in advance or bring your own motor.  Weight of your motor must be included in overall weight limit per flight.

Prior to your Fly-in - we require each group submit a "passenger-list" including:  Name, Address, Phone Number for each person along with their respective body weights (please step on a scale).

 

To hold and confirm a reservation, we require $200.00 deposit per person. For reservations, we process Visa, Mastercard or if you’d prefer to mail a cheque or money order for a reservation deposit - that’s okay too!

 

Final payment is due when you arrive to Fly-in & at that time.  We process cash, travellers cheques, Visa or Mastercard.  We cannot process cheque for final payment. We cannot process a Debit/Interac card, nor a card that is a combination credit/debit card.

Cancellation:  Reservation deposit is not refundable.

Regulations administered by the Canadian Transportation Agency require that an air carrier’s tariff be available for your inspection upon request.
