Lauzon Aviation's History in Northern Ontario

From this small community, 90 miles west of Sudbury and 90 miles east of Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, Reino and Rita Makela and family operate Lauzon Aviation, from the main Flight base from Lake Lauzon (Hwy 17)

Mr. and Mrs. Makela are both from Northern Ontario - and they have raised a family that share their pride and love for the North. They offer you the opportunity to enjoy flight in the Beaver bush plane and to marvel at views of this rugged back-country. Air Charter and Sight Seeing Flights; or Fly-In and relax at a simple rustic cabin on a peaceful northern lake; also lodge and resort Fly-in available . Or if you prefer to tent out under the stars they can help you arrange that too.

With these world renowned aircraft, with experience, pride, and appreciate, their enthuiasm for this northcountry and aviation is obvious. The Makela’s schedule local sight seeing flights, charter flight services, and they coordinate Fly-in Trips to northern lakes and to a nice remote fishing camp by float plane.
